It is a beautiful fan. Good weight and seemed solid. Issue is the constant and loud noises coming from it on speed setting #1, #2, #3, and #5. I am a GC Builder by trade and it isn't a balancing issue but a defect in the fan itself. With it not being eligible for a refund or exchange I cannot recommend this item at all.UPDATE: Now the fan started changing speeds spontaneously. No neighbors nearby and no other fan remotes so it isn't a cross signal issue. This fan is no worth the money and the seller gets an F- for communication.UPDATE - NOVEMBER 2022: Internal motor on the fan sparked and caused a small electrical fire inside the fan! CAUTION - THIS FAN CAUSED A FIRE IN THE HOME. We were home luckily so I was able to throw the switch and breaker before using our extinguisher.BUYER CAUTION!UPDATE - MARCH 2023 - Still no response from the seller. I have made 3 attempts at contact to remedy issue and not once received a return email or call regarding their product.
