I got this to use when I took my child to Disney World. Worked great and helped keep her cool in the hot summer sun. People kept asking me where I got it from, there were no other options to buy these at the park so I am glad I got it. It has soft blades, so you can stick your finger in there all you want without getting hurt, but my toddler did grab the blade and it ripped off easily, so just try to keep it out of reach.
