Zero noise, the fan is beautiful! Would purchase again.This fan is fantastic and beautiful. Comes with a remote control to operate it. I suggest you buy the bulbs on Amazon when you order it to save time and energy as we went to Lowe’s twice to get the right bulbs.This ceiling fan does not meet us standards and was meant to be sold outside the US. Ceiling bracket is too large for standard US electrical junction box. everything about this fan I had to rig up to work. I screwed the bracket directly in above joist. If you have two wall switches, then you really need to know what you're doing as this fan is meant to work with just the one wall switch. Also, the canopy that screws into the bracket does have a gap and screws were too short to use. I had to purchase additional screws to secure the bracket to the joists and secure the canopy to the bracket. The cage that goes over the lights did not align correctly with screw holes in fan dome. The metal is cheap garbage so I bent the metal to match up and screw in. The light fixture doesn't attach directly to the fan dome. It attaches to the cage which then screws into the fan dome. Also slits in cage were too large that screws went right through so I had to add washers. Again, everything about this fan I had to rig not just due to the fact that it does not meet US standards but also because it was poorly designed. This is pure garbage. The only reason why I kept it is because is because I had already removed the previous fan which was not working and invested too much time in putting the this one up. It looks great but still pure garbage...Would NOT buy again!Very quiet fan. You feel the difference with the reverse rotation of the blades. Cool design feature that the blades tuck away when not in use. The instructions shows diagrams of 2 different kinds of remotes, none are what it came with, but working it was simple enough. I was hesitant about getting this, in the pictures it looked a little funky, but it was a gift, my boyfriend wanted it, and I'm glad I got it.
