My Son really loves the fan, we had a little trouble installing. The connecters on the fan for the wires are not really user friendly and not very clear instructions. No informations on what to do with the ground wire so we just capped it off like someone else mentioned that they did. We had an issue connecting the bluetooth nothing new to connect to was coming up at first but was able to get it to connect the next morning. This is what to look for when trying to connect LWD-BT002 there isn't any app. I will say that I sent messages to the seller and I got a response right away to help me. It's all installed now and working great so far.
