The fan shroud was somewhat warped and not shaped exactly like the OEM BMW unit and was not a good fit. I was able to use it after some tweaks but could not get the top right attachment tab to sit flush against the radiator for the push pin to go in due to the poor fit, so I had to zip tie it there instead of using the correct factory push pin.
