I should have gone a size up, but overall the shorts are really good quality. I ordered a small thinking that my waist size being in the size chart for that meant they would fit great. They don't, not exactly. They are a little tight on the waist and the leg sits right at the top of my knee cap when standing. Soccer shorts tend to be a little shorter but I would have been happier with an extra inch or so of material. If you can guess your size correctly then they're great. If you're in the middle of the range listed for a particular size, I'd go a size larger.
