Bought these shoes for my girlfriend. This review is being written 2 and 1/2 years after purchase, and the only deterioration is a quarter sized spot in the sole of the heel, (right foot only) where the top layer of the material has come off. But not enough of a bother to affect anything (for her) .She LOVES them!! Says they're very comfortable, good support and the memory foam really helps, as she does a lot of standing/walking for long hours. Doesn't cause feet to sweat excessively either. She bought these to replace a pair she had that was very similar- non memory foam style though, the previous pair lasted her 12 years. So good hopes so far for this pair of sketchers.
