I installed this fan in the dressing room to get air moving where air never moved. This fan is a nice size for that room (42 inch fan). The install was a very typical install for a ceiling fan so I would have to say that it was an easy install. The fan is made of quality materials and I expect the fan to have a long useful life. It is doing what is advertised and I recommend the fan.
