I used this motor to replace an old one in my bathroom exhaust fan that had a tendency to freeze up. I was very careful ordering this to get the same model number and make sure its measurements, wiring, and appearance in the picture all matched. Fortunately, it was a near perfect match with the old motor and fit the old housing and fan blade like a glove. I had cleaned everything really well before the reinstall so this was almost like installing a brand new exhaust unit. I've had it in for about a month and it's been working beautifully. I wouldn't call it a quiet motor, but nor is it annoyingly loud. Perfect for a bathroom. It is very smooth running, and moves a lot of air. I'm very happy with this purchase.
