If you're a fan of any sport, you can relate to the ups and downs of rooting for your beloved team even when they make you angry. This book weaves life through those ups and downs in a way that feels real, genuine and humorous. Hockey is not my thing, but I kept reading because of the human angle and the writing.Full disclosure: I'm a friend of Kevin's. Even so, I've learned more about him by reading this--notably, about his devotion to the Chicago Blackhawks. And, I've read other friends' work. I won't keep reading if it's not done. This is a fine piece of work.
